Our services include turnkey design and preparation of project documentation, production of the equipment, transport and installation of the technology, including commissioning and operator training. Full warranty and post-warranty service, including technology maintenance, is a matter of course.
Tanks can be circular or longitudinal. We can equip secondary sedimentation tanks with a flocculation chamber or a lamella built-in segment. Tanks are used to clear sedimenting particles, which are continuously scraped off and hauled away for further treatment.
Sludge scrapers are used to remove impurities settled at the bottom of the tank. The sedimented sludge is scraped off into the sludge space. We can also produce a custom-made combined design for you with the possibility of wiping off impurities floating on the surface. Typically, it contains fallen leaves, pollen deposits, oil stains, and other impurities. Floating impurities are hauled away into the overflow trough. We supply the scrapers with a drive that enables easy operation.
This is a solution for existing longitudinal concrete tanks that are not equipped with the storage space for scraping the sludge. Or when they are limited with access.
