Reconstruction of drinking water treatment plant

Our company finished reconstruction of settling tank at drinking water treatment plant.

We equipped the settling tank with technological built-in in 1998. Since then, only standard service maintenance has been performed.

This year a complete reconstruction of the settling tank was realized in these steps:

💧 installation of a new lamella built-in which is approved for contact with drinking water

💧 removal of the old coating of the metal structure

💧 application of a new coating

💧 the submersible parts are painted with a drinking water-approved coating

💧 cleaning and coating of the concrete structure itself (inside and outside)

💧 the flow rate per tank is 70l/s
