A company operating in the field of colour pigment production required the replacement of technological equipment used in the manufacturing process of pigment suspensions. After many years of operation, the existing pressure vessel no longer met the requirements for continued safe and reliable operation.
The project focused on delivering a new pressure vessel capable of maintaining the required process conditions while ensuring compliance with applicable pressure equipment regulations.
Supplied Technological Solution
ENVITES provided complete manufacturing, pressure testing and certification of a special pressure vessel designed for the processing of colour suspensions in the pigment production process.
The vessel was designed as pressure equipment equipped with an integrated agitator to ensure proper homogenization of the suspension and maintain the required process conditions during production. The vessel was manufactured from carbon steel with a surface treatment suitable for the customer’s operating environment.
The scope of supply included the manufacturing of the pressure vessel, production and installation of a special agitator, non-destructive testing of welds, pressure testing, certification and complete technical documentation.

Project Outcome
